I'm not familiar with the Orphan Works bill but from all the research I've done, the USA's intellectual property laws are nothing to aspire to. I'll check it out. How ridiculous - I'm totally with you on that - if you're going to watch a pirated movie, then a few breaks in the soundtrack will not stop that. Again, what are they thinking?!!
